Agent Response in Ask Agents, in simple language, is what you will normally see when you ask questions in Supaboard. There are two styles of answers: Concise (fast) and Deep‑Dive (normal).

Concise (fast) answers

  • What you get
A short, single block of text that directly answers your question. It focuses on the main message, keeps things under a few lines, and avoids long stories or side notes.
  • How it uses your data
The system looks at the numbers and records behind your question and turns them into a brief explanation. You may see a few key figures mentioned as examples, but you will not see full tables or long lists.
  • How it should feel
    • Quick to read and easy to scan.
    • Clearly connected to the question you asked.
    • Written in plain business language without jargon or technical talk.

Deep‑Dive (normal) answers

  • What you get
A longer, structured explanation that reads like a mini‑report. It starts by clearly stating the main answer, then walks through the most important findings one by one.
  • Typical layout
    1. A first paragraph that gives you the direct answer to your question.
    2. A few separate sections, each focusing on one idea: for example, overall trend, key drivers, or important segments.
    3. A short summary at the end with 3–5 clear points that capture the main takeaways.
  • Widgets you will see
    • Each main part of the explanation is linked to a specific widget, so you can tell which group of numbers it is based on.
    • A small “definitions” widget that explains any difficult or specialist terms in simple words, so non‑experts can follow along.
    • A followup questions section with three next questions you might want to ask, based on what was just explained (for example, drilling into a time period, a channel, or a group of customers).
In both Concise and Deep‑Dive styles, you should expect clear, business‑focused answers that stay close to your question, explain the “why” and “how” behind the numbers, and are easy to read even if you are not a technical user.
