Insights in Dashboard is what you see when Supaboard generates insights from the numbers in a widget. The result is a short read that highlights what matters for your business and decisions.
What you get
- Overview
A short summary of the data in the widget. It calls out the main patterns and trends and what they mean for your business, in plain language. It stays brief so you can grasp the message quickly.
- Insights
A small list of two or three standout points. Each point has:
- A short title so you can scan quickly.
- The insight itself: what’s important, unusual, or worth acting on.
- A clear tone: positive, negative, or neutral, so you know how to read it.
- Scope
A line or two that set the context: which period the numbers cover (e.g. last month or last week) and any filters or conditions that apply. This helps you know exactly what the overview and insights are based on.
How it should feel
- Focused on patterns, quality of the data, and what it means for decisions.
- Easy to read, with no technical jargon.
- Clearly tied to the numbers in that widget and, when you’ve asked a question, to your question as well.
